Head Bartender
About the job
The Head Bartender is responsible for the smooth operation of the bar.
The primary responsibilities for this position are to supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of the bar service, take orders from guests seated in the bar area, anticipate guests needs, ascertain satisfaction and offer suggestions.
Candidate should be visible in the operation, provide recognition, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests of the guests.
We are looking for individuals who have an exceptional knowledge of wine and spirits, have creativity and flair and are able to coach the bartenders in order to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
· Flair of style, creativity and organization
· Detail oriented, has the ability to consistently execute the bar program
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills
· Passionate for Food & Beverage, following the current trends
