Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a Junior Sous Chef

JOIN OUR 'OHANA

The Junior Sous Chef supervises and oversee the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. The Junior Sous Chef plans, organizes, controls and directs the work of employees in the Culinary Department responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
