The Opportunity:  

We are seeking a Banquet House Attendant, an exciting opportunity to be part of the new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville! 

This individual offers world-class service to the guest who have chosen to host an event with Four Seasons. Knowledgeable and respectful with an incredible attention to detail and a passion for service. 

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): 

  • Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order or request from management 

  • Transport the necessary operational items throughout the Hotel to ensure successful execution of tasks and events 

  • Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition 

  • Maintain cleanliness and excellent condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans 

  • Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely 



  • Greet guests in a professional manner and anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are necessary 

  • Serve Food or Beverage to guests 

  • Stock necessary F&B goods in the back of house 

  • Assist with set-up and breakdown of banquet events 

  • Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in areas of Food & Beverage when needed, as well in other areas of the resort 



  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.    



Preferred Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in food and beverage service or related work 



  • Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts 

  • Strong oral presentation skills 

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding events 

  • Ability to execute tasks independently and in a team 

  • Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment 



  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations
