The Opportunity:

The new Four Seasons Hotel Nashville seeks a People and Culture Coordinator to join our talented pre-opening team! Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of the world's leading luxury hotel company!

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Daily coordination of office environment – including answering office calls and assisting on-site employees
  • Managing company HRIS (Workday) by maintaining organized employee records, reviewing time off and leave requests, processing changes in employee status, and pulling a variety of reports and tools
  • Arranges and drives employee relations through special events, awards, recognition, and celebrations
  • Coordinates new hire documentation and communication
  • Supports recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits administration


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent communication
  • Exceptional organization and detail orientation, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in a service-focused culture
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and use good judgment
  • Perform with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Experience with Workday (or equivalent HRIS) is helpful but not essential
  • Previous experience working in hotels or hospitality preferred.

A soaring new landmark on the Nashville skyline, Four Seasons pays homage to the city’s creative spirit. 40 stories high, with 235 keys (42 suites) and 143 residence units, the property is located in the upmarket neighborhood of SoBro where floor to ceiling windows provide unobstructed downtown panoramic views. The hotel will feature 19,200 sq ft of meeting space, an indoor/outdoor restaurant, a luxury spa, and an outdoor pool deck.
