Four Seasons Hotel Prague, a market leader in the hospitality industry is looking for a talented SOUS CHEF to join our leadership team.

We are looking for talent who will raise the quality and presentation of our menus and banquet operation. You will also support creating new concepts for our pop-up restaurants and report directly to Executive Chef.

YOU WILL IDEALLY HAVE:

A special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience.  You have a desire to focus on the development of our team and a creative flair; bringing your personal touch and energy to all culinary experiences. You have expertise in running the banquet operation, strong business and financial acumen, excellent listening skills and be an inspirational leader to your team.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills: 

  • At least 4 years cooking experience in fine dining environment and must have banquets experience.

  • Experience with leading a kitchen team, responsibility for work results.

  • Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine (Italian cuisine in particular) - a strong asset.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Professional knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects  highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

  • Flexibility - ability to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, public holidays, split shifts etc.

  • Good personal & professional references.

  • Must have EU work authorization.
