Job Profile:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the staffing of the hotel by partnering in the interview and the entire hiring process. Will be required to assess with concerned department heads staffing needs and prepare master staffing plan accordingly.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Majors.
  • 2-5 years of strong experience in talent acquisition or similar role, preferably in Hospitality industry. Previous recruitment agency experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent command in English language.
  • In depth knowledge of applicant tracking system (Workday), online channels (LinkedIn talent solutions, jobsites...etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.


JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • To take ownership and accountability to identify and source quality candidates.
  • Advise suitable sourcing strategies, establishing a delivery timelines of each milestone and sourcing potential candidates that are qualified to fill open positions through multiple online channels (LinkedIn, Workday, campus recruitment, local jobsite...etc.).
  • Review the incoming applications of candidates through our applicant tracking system and to give correct and timely feedback.
  • Work closely with the hiring managers of different departments to develop an in-depth knowledge of their recruitment needs. Identify their staffing needs, determine the right selection criteria & discuss role detail.
  • Conduct candidates’ interviews following Four Seasons qualification, selection guidelines and competency frameworks.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Manage candidate pools to ensure qualitative candidates remain engaged for possible future opportunities.
  • Keep an eye on talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry to integrate emerging trends & opportunities that could improve our recruitment strategy.
  • Responsible for delivering, reporting the recruitment updates and maintaining records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with concerns.
  • To work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set in EmPact (Employee Handbook).
