Your Host Organization (Whichever you choose) will arrange temporary housing on-site for the first 1430 days or more (depending on host employer) at NO cost. During this time meals will be also offered to you at no cost. You will have meals at no cost during your working days once you are at your permanent housing. You will also receive all other regular perks and benefits that will be shared with you once we together choose the best host employer for you.
Training Plan Rotation Examples:
1.- Culinary Management
Phases for the CULINARY training program include:
1) Arrival & Orientation – Introduction to Culinary Arts
2) Culinary Arts, Methodologies and Techniques
3) Advanced Culinary Training
4) Kitchen Administration
Pay rate: From $14 to $24 USD (depending on host employer and cost of living). Min of 32 hours per week, average of 40 with option of overtime.
1.-Hotel Management
Phases for the HOTEL MGMT. training program include:
1) Arrival & Orientation
2) Front Desk/Front Office
3) Guest Services/Consider It Done 4) Advanced Training/Night Audit
Pay rate: From $14 to $24 USD (depending on host employer and cost of living). Min of 32 hours per week, average of 40 with option of overtime.
3.-F&B/Restaurant Management
Phases for the Restaurant MGMT. training program include:
1) Arrival & Orientation
2) Restaurant Operations
3) Restaurant Business
4) Restaurant Policies & Procedures
Pay rate: From $14 to $24 USD (depending on host employer and cost of living). Min of 32 hours per week, average of 40 with option of overtime.
Please know that many of our host employers offer FUL SCHOLARSHIPS that will cover your visa, health insurance, etc fee.
