Assists operationally and administratively in the achievement of department’s pre-determined sales and revenue targets.
Establishes and maintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities.
Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems. If no immediate solution can be found, to ensure that the necessary follow-up is conducted in atimely manner.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 1 years work experience with Sales. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
