Exclusive luxury 5 star hotel, located in a historical city landmark, is looking for an Experience Concierge.
Position description and goals:
A) The Experience concierge is a brand ambassador, representing all the cultural values and tradition from the hotel brand.
B) Must create an out-of-the-box experience in Milano, pursuing guest service personalization.
C) The candidate must be detail-oriented and devoted to the excellence service.
D) This position has a commitment beyond all of the traditional services standards and must exceed the guest expectations.
E) The Experience Concierge has the responsibility to take any action necessary to give each guest a one-of-a-kind and unforgettable experience.
F) Front Desk Administrative duties:
The Experience Concierge is in charge of all the administrative duties that are included at a Front Desk Department (Check IN, Check OUT, Upgrade programs, Communication with HKP and Maintenance, between others).
G) The Experience Concierge must achieve sales and guest recognition program goals.
