The Hilton Boston Logan Airport, a AAA Four Diamond hotel boasts 604 well appointed guestrooms and 30,000 square feet of meeting space. Due to a fantastic promotion, we are hiring a Director of Human Resources to lead our HR Team in providing support to our 300 union and nonunion team members.

 

As Director of Human Resources, you will provide continuous leadership in creating and delivering an exceptional team member experience and best place to work. The Director - Human Resources will be directly responsible for contributing to the achievement of superior business results in the areas of ensuring outstanding guest service, team member engagement, favorable financial outcomes, strategic leadership and talent development, culture, innovation and human resources operations.  

  • Strategy – Be globally aligned with the Americas HR Operations function while locally supporting superior business results

  • Leadership - Develop innovative, forward-thinking leaders within a comprehensive learning environment

  • Culture – Ensure a best-in-class workplace that delivers on Hilton’s values, mission and purpose 

  • Talent - Hire, engage and develop the world’s best hospitality team members

  • HR Operations - Embrace and lead implementation of Americas HR Operations initiatives and objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Years of Experience: two (2) years as an Assistant HR Director or Director role within the hospitality industry
  • Management experience in a Union environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SHRM-S/PHR or SHRM-S/CP certification
  • Master’s Degree
  • Large 'box' hotel experience (500+ rooms)
