Job Description

The stunning Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach is looking for a creative and positive person to join the team as a part time Kid's Club attendant.  The ideal candidate would be avialable to work  Friday, Saturday and Sundays from 9:00am-4:00pm.  Having experience working with children is a plus!JOB DESCRIPTION
  • To supervise children from ages 5 and up while participating in various activities, programs, and special events at the resort. 
  • Creating a welcoming environment for adults inviting them to bring their children to our Camp.
  • Promoting and introducing new program activities to resort guests, resort groups, and resort staff.
  • Producing a fun and safe atmosphere while maintaining resort standards.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Produce a fun and safe atmosphere while maintaining resort standards.
  • Abiltiy to communicate reliable information to guests.
  • Ability to customize activities for special group requests.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to set-up, supervise, impliment, and clean up for events. 
  • Identify problems and make decisions based on your experience and judgement. 
  • Speak and write clearly and effectiviely.
  • Correspond through written and verbal communication; interacting with multiple computer systems.
  • Must report for work at required time and date and maintian a responsible attendance record.
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, pull, move, lift, or carry objects weighting less than or equal to 20 pounds.  Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Comfortable spending time outdoors and participating in physical acitivity
