What will I be doing?
You will support and partner with the Full-Service Category brand teams for all global brand personality initiatives including special projects and brand initiatives specific to bringing out the positioning, principles, and personality of Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Signia by Hilton, and the DoubleTree by Hilton brands to deliver an elevated and differentiated guest and Team Member experience. You will play a meaningful role in supporting the brand personality for both legacy brands and exciting new brands by managing projects, activating programs and initiatives, and departmental support for the Full Service Brand Personality team!

  • Support outcomes through on-property initiatives which require the incumbent to partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Development, Customer Organization, and other internal partners.
  • Assist with the execution of strategies for brand personality and positioning.
  • Lead the Project Management for Brand Personality programs and initiatives including long-term program development, presentation creation, meeting coordination, and ad-hoc projects and requests as needed.
  • Oversee departmental compliance with all enterprise policies, procedures, and processes (ie. Coupa SmartSpend, new supplier process, RFP process, compliance with accounting deadlines, etc.).
  • Reinforcement of the brand's value propositions and expected levels of service in conjunction with Global Brand Leaders and brand teams.
  • Partner in the development of new concepts and practices into the brands and on-property through carefully developed pilots and launch plans.
  • Support the brand conference and event planning, content generation, and execution as needed, as well as representing the Full-Service category as needed at forums, conferences, and industry trade events.
  • Assist with brand-to-brand planning initiatives, setting expectations, and working with the Operations Team to deliver against brand standards.
  • Support global strategy, analysis, and integration of brand plans.
  • Ensure hotel-level training is reinforced and supported by brand standards.
  • Assist in General Manager and Commercial Leader Orientation.
  • Partner regularly with the category team, regional leadership, Customer Promise team, Hilton University as well as other enterprise teams to deliver our outstanding brand positioning.
  • Establish relationships across all levels of the business.


What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have experience navigating unstructured challenges and crafting an inspired service strategy to build on our brand reputation globally.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) Minimum Years of hospitality experience, travel, or related industry experience
  • Two (2) Years of experience in short and long-term Project Management
  • Two (2) Years Minimum of Management or Supervisory Experience
  • High level of proficiency working with Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience crafting and reviewing presentations and communicating messages (in person or virtually)
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate and professionally lead and handle internal and external relationships successfully
  • Travel domestically and/or internationally as required


It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Experience with data analysis and story telling
  • Experience in Human Resources and/or Learning & Development functions
  • Experience working in cross-functional and/or matrix organizations
  • Experience and track record of independent solid decision-making skills
  • Enjoys working in fast-paced, creative environments
  • Education: BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Seven (7) Years of Hospitality Experience, travel, or related industry experience
  • Seven (7) Years of Professional Experience
  • Four (4) Years of Management Experience
