ABOUT THE JOB
As Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operations of our Banquet department. You will develop and secure the department service concept in line with the d´Angleterre standards and the Leading Quality Assurance standards of the Leading Hotel of the World. You will be in charge of organizing the logistics internally for various meetings, events, and parties in close relation with our F&B Sales team and the rest of the hotel. After each event, you will evaluate, report, and give feedback to the F&B Director and your colleagues involved. Supported by the Banqueting Supervisors, you will lead a team of dedicated waiters. Through recruitment, onboarding & development of your team; you will ensure that our guests' needs are always in focus.
