Rattaché au Chef Exécutif, vous serez en charge d’un point de vente de l'un de nos hôtels. Vos principales responsabilités seront :

• L’établissement et l'élaboration des menus et des mets du point de vente.
• L’organisation et la coordination de la production et du service.
• La garantie de la qualité 5 étoiles
• La supervision des équipes Cuisine
• La réalisation des plannings, l’enregistrement des congés dans notre logiciel Mirus
• Le calcul, la rédaction et la transmission au département des achats-économats de vos commandes de frais
• Le respect des normes d'hygiène par l'ensemble de la brigade.

Profil :

• Formation supérieure en Hôtellerie Restauration
• Expérience significative à un poste équivalent dans un établissement de même catégorie et/ou dans une brasserie de luxe.
• Français courant.
• Maîtrise des normes HACCP

• Autonome, organisé, structuré.
• Dynamique, curieux et doté d’un très bon esprit d’équipe.
• Excellent sens relationnel et savoir s’adapter de manière à répondre aux attentes.
• Faire preuve de polyvalence et de réactivité face à un volume de travail important.
