What you will do as a Conference and Banqueting Operations Manager
·Manage Events Service and Audio Visual departments as independent profit centres
·Establish and monitor compliance to sequence and standards of service for the outlet to coincide with the outlet’s concept and market demands
·Meet with guests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
·Assist Catering/Events Sales in identifying market needs and trends
·Recruit, select and develop Events Service colleagues to work following the operational, financial, administrative philosophies willing to become multi skilled and perform multi tasks
·Through hands on management, supervise closely all Events Service colleagues in the performance of their duties in accordance with policies and procedures and applicable laws
