We are currently looking for a Japanese Restaurant Sous Chef to join our Kitchen team.

As a Japanese Restaurant Sous Chef, we rely on you to:

• Assist the Japanese Head Chef to supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in your section
• Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen
• Maintain the quality of the food provided
• Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
• Support the Japanese Head Chef on daily operation

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Enjoys being challenged
• Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality
• Ability to communicate and write in English & Japanese (and local language)
• Willing to work shifts
