About the job
- Effectuer les check-in et check-out
- Répondre aux appels entrants de l'hôtel et traiter les e-mails
- Répondre aux demandes de conciergerie
- Mettre en place des politiques d'upsale et de cross sale pour vendre les services complémentaires de l'hôtel et ainsi développer le CA
- Saisir et contrôler les réservations
- Plusieurs autres missions selon votre envie d'apprendre (gestion des tarifs etc.)
- Complément de salaire : 176€ mensuel en tickets restaurant + pass navigo pris en charge à 50%
