Candidate will need to sign contract with Host company about paying back visa if you do not stay for full 12 months. The candidate will have to pay back the host company and the host company will have the candidate sign off on this- this agreement to pay back the funds will be between the candidate and the host employer. the contract between the host company and the candidate is for if the candidate does not stay for the whole 12 month program.
You will need to bring your own knives.
Benefits:
After 90 days the J1 will begin to accrue 2 Wellness Days and 18 PTO (holiday and vacation days). There is a $1 charge per employee meal in the cafeteria (lunch and dinner). A uniform will be provided, if you inform the hotel of your sizes then they can be ordered prior to your arrival. You will need to apply for your social security card after 10 days of entering the USA; you will only be paid once you have received your social security #. You will be paid every other Friday. The employer will provide up to 30 days of accommodations with complimentary room & tax. We will provide airport pick up if you are flying into Dulles Airport.

Requirements
Must have at least 6 months of hotline experience
*Eligibility criteria for our Career USA programs: - you are enrolled in a post secondary ministerially recognized academic institution in the hospitality industry OR - you have a hospitality degree and at least 1 year of recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside of the USA) OR - you have 5 years recent relevant work experience in the (ultra) luxury hotel industry (outside the USA) - you have shown consistent career growth over the last years - you have shown serious commitment to your most recent employers
