As the Client Development Manager for our Global Maison located in the Shops at Crystals, you will be responsible for supporting client development behaviors at all levels. You will work in partnership with the Store Director to cultivate the store leadership’s ability to coach client development behaviors within the retail teams. In addition, you will ensure consistency in the execution and achievement of client development priorities by identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to deliver top client growth, high end sales, and enhance client loyalty.
A successful candidate will have proven success in cultivating a strong client centric coaching culture within their store. The ability to coach among peers and upward is necessary to ensure optimal execution of all Client Development priorities. You must possess extensive experience in leading Client Development within a luxury setting, having knowledge and expertise in driving the behaviors that lead to business growth and loyalty from our Clients.
