Private Client Relations:
Develop and increase the high end Clienteling, establishing a VIC network and culture across the European retail network to identify, target and retain clients
Definition of strategic and creative PCR experiences, coordinating the selection of clients and the hospitality programs for international projects (Fashion Shows)
Supporting all Clienteling initiatives at European level acting as a bridge between the European Private Clients Relations Manager and the Store network.
Manage and organize all events ensuring they support the business priorities in retaining and rewarding existing clients, as well as attracting new clients.
Manage event logistics, research and assist with elements for concepts, invitations, venues and décor, including vendor negotiations.
Organize and optimize Fur Trunk Shows both in Store and in special locations.
Manage all the retail activation around defiles according to Corporate guidelines and work closely with corporate team according to their requests.
Propose new creative concepts, create and implement special moments for clients
Maintain the events budget, ensuring all costs are allocated and Purchase Order numbers are created.
Maintain invoice processing & tracking system and send weekly and monthly reports of all the instore and out store retail activities, budget recap to local Finance departments.
Experience in events and in retail activations are required.
Work closely with VM/CRM/Communication/PR/VM/Digital departments to organize events.
