We are looking for a highly motivated Expert Client Advisor with a genuine passion for Watches & Jewelry for our London Stores.
As an Expert Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. Leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset, you will be accountable for developing and driving the Watches & Jewelry business.
With a finesse and passion for storytelling and excellent communication skills, you will be a sales leader in W&J while also selling all products categories across the brand.
You will be the voice of your category for Clients, working hand in hand with the management team in the store and also with the head office (merchandising, training...). You will be on top of your numbers with a strategic mindset, able to put in place actions plans in order to drive the development of the category.
You will be the role model for your category, leveraging your strong enthusiasm to upgrade the W&J knowledge in store. Your passion and expertise would be key to keep the buzz around the category and build team confidence in the category.
We seek an individual with a proven track record of cultivating and growing successful client relationships within luxury retail segment.
Your clienteling skills are advanced and you are an expert in creating desirability in your Clients.
Advanced knowledge of W&J business.

In order to be successful in this role, you must be someone who has experience working in a luxury or client-centric retail environment or has a strong history involving customer service, dealing with a diverse and elevated clientele.
