At Loro Piana, we are looking for a committed HR Business Partner who will be responsible for all the HR Management processes.

Purpose:

As an HR Business Partner, you will coach managers to drive workforce performance and provide front line support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, organizational efficiency and change.

You will be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization. You are someone who encompasses strong eye for business, excellent communication and influencing skills, critical thinking and planning/project management abilities, as well as the demonstrable track record to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Furthermore, as an HRBP you will assess the human resources needs in areas such as talent development, company culture, organizational design, compensation, and leadership development whilst driving the appropriate solutions in these areas. 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure the efficiency and quality of our recruitment process
  • Ensure an efficient management of people, identifying and mentoring talents across the organization whilst implementing development and performance improvement
  • Supporting the annual budget and forecasting process definition. Prepare monthly and annual reports in collaboration with the HR Operations & Administration Team
  • Ensure proper implementation of compensation & benefit policies; handle annual reward review process; identify retention risks and draw consistent reward actions
  • Lead litigation and disciplinary cases, assisting management during judicial and out-of-court mediations.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and contractual provisions within the labour law, health and safety and code of ethics guidelines.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely management of SAP HR Information, according to the Loro Piana and the LVMH Group internal processes and systems.
  • Facilitate HR communications and reporting


Profil
  • University Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies. A MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated
  • 3 -5 years of experience in Human Resources as an HR Specialist or HR Manager in an international and vibrant environment. Retail experience is a plus.
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with key cross-functional partners and the senior leadership team across the organization
  • Outstanding customer focus and dedication to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-disciplined and motivated to create new things, used to work both strategically and hands-on, balancing high quality long-term achievements and quick wins
  • Shows proactivity and curiosity
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English
