The new HR Training & Development intern will be included in the Company HR Organization & Talent Management Department. The new resource will support the Training & Development Manager in the organization of learning plans, and in the management of the development processes for the Loro Piana employees.

The new HR Training & Development intern will be included in the Company HR Organization & Talent Management Department. The new resource will support the Training & Development Manager in the organization of learning plans, and in the management of the development processes for the Loro Piana employees.
In particular, the person will be involved in the following activities.
Training :
- Guaranteeing support in the implementation of digital learning system and activities, in the activities of analysis and monitoring of the training needs and in the planning of managerial training programs, linguistic and specialized
- Handling logistics and organization of activities of Loro Piana's learning catalogue: setting up meeting rooms, preparing the material, inviting participants, collecting presences and following-up
- Supporting in the collection and analysis of feedbacks after the trainings
- Supervising and keeping track of learning events/activities through the update of the SAP information system
- Participating in the Performance Management process with training material’s preparation and ad hoc reporting
- Understanding and supporting the management of the training activities’ budget and preparation of monthly expenses reports
- Participating in setting up the induction plan for the new employees
Profil
The competences and skills required are:
- Master's Degree in Economics or Humanities
- Proficient knowledge of English and Italian (both written and spoken)
- Strong IT abilities (use of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel)
- Analysis and synthesis skills
- Proactivity, team-working and flexibility
- Problem solving, precision, ability to coordinate and planning, attention to details
