Position
Celine is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to assist their Corporate and Retail teams in US and Canada on HR related matters. The HR Coordinator will report to the Senior Manager, Human Resources.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Support to recruitment, onboarding and HRdevelopmentactivities
- Administration of the starters and leavers process inpartnershipwith the Payroll team, ensuring that all documentation and pre-employment checks are carried out accurately
- Administration of contractual changes and other HR related correspondence, forms and letters
- Drafting HR Announcements and other communications
- Liaising with Payroll to maintain accurate and complete employee records/reporting lines, etc.
- Producing reports/analysis as required
- Liaising with employees on compliance and HR matters
- Support to the administration of safety protocols
Profile
We are looking for a HR Coordinator with experience as a generalist and partner to the business. The selected candidate will be able to influence and advise internal clients on employees related matters and on policies, as well as provide excellent administrative support.
Retail experience is strongly preferred.
