Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution, performance, and reporting of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat), Youtube, and Display
  • Develop targeting strategies using relevant audiences to hit KPIs and optimize spend
  • Manage ad campaigns designed to provide sales, brand awareness, and growth across all areas of the marketing funnel
  • Help design A/B testing, brand lift surveys, and other attribution-based measurement studies across social media channels
  • Create and analyze digital marketing campaign performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and recommend actions based on the analysis to maximize ROAS
  • Maintain detailed files of all relevant records (latest media plans, performance reports) for each campaign
  • Project manage the creative distribution and resizing of assets across all digital channels adhering to brand guidelines
  • Identify high performing creative assets across digital channels and make recommendations according to key trends
  • Create UTM’s to ensure tracking is clear in Google Analytics across all channels
  • Cultivate fresh ideas and discover new opportunities based on data analysis, trends in the digital marketing space, and new online marketing channels to test and launch
  • RFP media vendors and evaluate capabilities and new opportunities to enhance digital strategy
  • Resolve and process invoices across all digital marketing channels


Qualifications:

We would like to speak to professionals who possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years of experience working at a digital marketing agency managing Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Pinterest campaigns.

Furthermore, we seek:

  • Experience working at a digital marketing agency required
  • Advanced excel skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in Facebook Ad Manager, Snapchat Ad Manager, Pinterest Ad Manager, Google Analytics
  • Experience creating clear, concise, and visually appealing Powerpoint presentations
  • Strong sense of teamwork, ability to multi-task, and manage priorities
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership and accountability
  • Pro-active, self-starter
