JOB PURPOSE:
The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present plans to Executive Leadership Team.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists and supports the Retail Performance department in key administrative assignments
- Executes work as directed in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for providing support for weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting to corporate and boutique teams. Reports include but are not limited to:
- Daily Sales Flash
- Weekly Boutique performance reporting
- Other Productivity Reports / KPI’s
- Support Outlet Business needs, including but not limited to:
- Preparing Sales to Stock reports
- Building inventory allocation process
- Provide administrative support on any ad hoc analysis / projects
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Retail Math experience is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and prioritization
- Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential, controversial and sensitive nature
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (M-F, 9am-6pm)
