With an expanding domestic and global market, and Revenues increasing month on month, critical Strategic change is on the agenda, in order for us to achieve the objective of dominating our sector. As such, we are seeking a Senior Lead eCommerce Market Manager to support global Sales and Profit through strategic analysis, effective products management and strategic output on Clos19.com, ultimately ensuring that we make every glass our clients share memorable.Part of the Central Team you will develop & implement Clos19 Strategy in accordance to Brand and Sales guidelines of both, Moët Hennessy and Clos19 Global:

> Lead European Markets Expansion
- Lead Clos19 Markets’ P&L with Finance & Commercial Directors, 
- Orchestrate all aspects of strategic E-commerce plan for existing & new Markets
- Harmonize Commercial and Budget planning for all Markets (drive budget planning for existing and new countries, co-creation with Local E-Commerce Managers), align closely with Central Exec. Team 
- Develop targets for new countries and supervise/co-create targets for Clos19 existing Markets in cooperation with E-Commerce Markets’ Managers 

> Manage Financial & Sales Performance 
- Lead the Markets’ Budget Process of Clos19 with support from local Finance/Sales and Clos19 Central
- Lead the Sales Forecasts and be the POC for transversal topics
- Deliver the financial performance Targets incl. Top Line Sales and Support Bottom line
- Analyse local businesses performance utilising Clos19 insight tools such as Tableau (PBI) and Google Analytics
- Supervise local Budget processing (incl. A&P)
- Pricing strategy & lead RSP pricing definition, regular analysis of Clos19 pricing vs competitors
- Owner of the “Best Practice Sharing” & “Business Synergies” processes among Clos19 Markets

> Interface Management (internal & external stakeholders): 
- UX/Product: Propose ideas to improve Clos19 site, based on local pain points, competitor analysis, consumer feedback 
- Propose new personalisation offers, specific services & experiences 
- Coordinate projects & processes with internal Operation departments
- Align closely with Sales & Marketing Central Teams

For Clos19 France & New Markets Openings
> Reporting & Forecasts
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports utilising our insight tools
- Produce ad-hoc requests from local management, Region and Clos19 Central

> Assortment Management
- Forecasting Sales at SKU level on a monthly basis
- Develop local brand experiences content, pricing & event guidelines working closely with Clos19 Central Content team & MHDF
- Responsible for Clos19 France Merchandising in coordination with Central Assort. & Merch. Manager
- In support to the Central Assort. & Merch Manager: Coordinate launches timing, mechanism, sequencing, support in managing Trello, implement Merchandising (Guidelines, merch tool, allocations)

> Business Development
- Support the Clos19 Central BDM, in local prospecting of new Clos19 business opportunities
- Follow ROI and Partnership evaluation (incl. Post Mortem Analysis)
- Grow relationships to deliver further Business to Clos19

> Marketing & PR - Provide central team with
- local consumer insights and opportunities
- local activation opportunities and Leverage all brand activations locally
- Feedback on the activation plan and the weekly newsletters
- Local payments & follow-up of central PR and Marketing & Digital initiatives

Profil

Education:  University Degree 

Languages:
French/ English 
Other foreign language a plus

Professional experience & know how:
7-8 years of profound E-Commerce experience in relevant industry 
Experience in web, mobile and social commerce, driving performance of a digital business and digital business development. Knowledge of digital marketing (including SEO, PPC, email, social) and digital customer retention (CRM)
