Poste SENIOR SALES ASSISTANT
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Senior Sales Assistant’s responsibility is to contribute to the DIOR sales grow in the store. Also, attract and retain clients. She/he is responsible for representing the brand values, achievement of the sales targets, respect the brand image / guidelines and provide an outstanding customer service.RESPONSABILITIES
- To manage the relationship with the clients in the Boutique, having as objective to sell products and to present in the proper way the Brand Image, giving effective information regarding products and events, gathering market and competitive knowledge.
- To be able to manage any urgent situation and to optimize productivity, in order to interfere in any sales to make it a success.
- To have a mentor role for the new comers concerning training and coaching actions, collaborating with the boutique managerial team in order to ensure the proper Dior induction to the new all members.
- To build customer loyalty through CRM actions: contact/information retrieval, follow up activities, propose and support the organization of events, suggest new ideas, comparing with Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager
- Background : Required knowledge and experience in the retail and service field. It’s preferable an university education or a Fashion school degree.
- Technical skills: (IF, language,…)
- Knowledge of the products and the basic selling techniques
- Knowledge of other languages (english, others are a plus)
- Knowledge of basic IT (Office).
