About the job
Duties and Supporting Responsibilities
- Prepare and update C&B related table on daily basis
- Prepare month-end payroll and attendance and ensure completion on time and accuracy
- Prepare year-end bonus for non-ICP colleagues
- Handle all work injury cases and liaise with related department within Hotel and government department
- Handle disable colleagues related reports
- Handle labor contract management for DHB and below colleagues
- Handle foreigner contract management for DHB and below colleagues
- Assist colleague’s dormitory management
- In-charge of colleague’s facilities management
- In-charge of social insurance and housing fund
- In-charge of local colleague commercial insurance scheme
- Handle all separated colleague’s check-out procedures
- Handle Transfer & Promotion requests, prepare promotion letter and filling
- Ensure all colleagues records are input, updated, complete and accurate
- Trace and prepare foreign colleagues' (DHB and below) work permit / residence permit renew
- Other duties which assigned by the manager/director
Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Human Resources Management
- 3 years related working experience in Human Resources in 4-star or 5-star hotel
- good knowledge of local labour law
- good communication skills
- knowledge and experience in social insurance and housing fund process
- good at dormitory management
- familiar with colleague check in and check out process
- good knowledge of MS office software
- knowledge of HRMIS system
- good command of English and Mandarin
