Job Summary

This is a temporary position.
This position supports the Classic Premium Brand teams as a brand initiative executor for both Managed and Franchised properties. Key accountabilities include: representing brand strategy and voice to ensure operational focus of brand strategy execution; providing local/property perspective back to HQ brand team ensuring brand strategy aligns to consumer and operational differences; where applicable, to GMs and hotel teams ; acting as a CLS resource to ensure activation and execution of key brand initiatives; evaluating property-brand alignment; This role will provide focus and attention for properties in the continent to activate the brands’ and bring hotels on-strategy.

He/she will drive new products and services to meet guest needs and expectations. Should be comfortable participating in all parts of a guest-centered design process (i.e., ideation, proof of concept, build, pilot, and deployment) and also in creating deliverables at varying levels of fidelity: from quickly capturing a concept’s value proposition to creating final products and services. Will also serve as the brand liaison to Global Operations and Global Development Teams

Key accountabilities include: serves as brand leader on sustaining new and existing projects and initiatives and existing product and service standards. On a design and development project; participates in establishing the design direction for a project; designs and develops operations related deliverables, creates documentation packages for product and service designs; makes recommendations for development or improvement or processes; validating final implementation approach.
