About the job

Coordinate, in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine, the distribution of tasks;
Ensure production in accordance with the technical sheets;
Elaboration of technical files in the absence of the Chief;
Ensure the correct conduct of the activity within the established deadlines;
Control the kitchen team ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;
Ensure compliance with Service and Quality procedures;
Ensure stock control and fulfillment of orders;
Ensuring the tidiness and cleanliness of spaces, equipment and utensils;
Promote compliance with HACCP standards;
Support in the recruitment and selection of employees for the area.

Experience in team management and leadership;
High ability to anticipate problems;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong stress management skills;
Proactive and versatile attitude;
I like teamwork;
Solid knowledge of HACCP and its implementation;
Technical knowledge and previous experience in cooking;
Respect for the philosophy and vision of the group;
Availability and Flexibility of Schedules.
  • Language required: Portuguese. English is a plus
