SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING - RESPONSIBILITIES
● Generate creative and engaging content for the resort's social media platforms
● Manage and update the resort's social media accounts
● Assist in creating and running targeted social media advertising campaigns to promote the resort’s services, special offers, and events
● Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
● Build and foster an online community of loyal guests and followers by creating engaging and meaningful interactions
● Monitor and report on guest feedback and reviews received on social media platforms
● Stay current with social media marketing trends and best practices
● Other social media marketing duties
