We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager with strong experience in the catering business to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.Main Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- The ideal candidate must be available in Q atar with a transferable work visa.
- Proven working experience in the Catering business as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role.
- Should have strong business relationships with the entire market to get, make and create good business opportunities for the company by taking the lead of Generating sales leads, assisting in the costing process, and participating in negotiating new contracts.
- Excellent Tendering knowledge and experience are a must.
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Highly literate & fluent in speaking Arabic & English, French is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to compose correspondence, in Arabic & English, from minimal details.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of the Catering business market in the country
