Job Summary
Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
Essential Functions
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
Check guest in and check out, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established
Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Communicate services and amenities of the hotel to guests.
Document all guest requests, complaints or problems.
Communicate all pertinent information to the Front Office Managers and supervisors

About you
Advanced Studies in Hospitality
1+ years experience (Luxury Hotels preferred)
Knowledge in Opera highly desirable
Spanish & English Fluent
- Languages required: Spanish and English.
