Missions :
Administration du personnel
- Suivi administratif du personnel, de son embauche à son départ de l’entreprise
- Rédaction des avenants et contrats de travail
- Préparation des dossiers du personnel
- Réalisation des démarches administratives liées à l’entrée et à la sortie des salariés (DPAE, mutuelle, médecine du travail…)
- Suivi des arrêts de travail (arrêts maladie, accidents du travail) et suivi des visites médicales
- Participation aux audits RH
- Suivi et archivage des plannings
- Participation aux déclarations annuelles (Handicap, Formation,…) en lien avec la Responsable de paye.
Reporting
Elaboration, gestion et suivi des tableaux de bord du service et des reportings
Santé au travail
- Relation avec la médecine du travail
- Réalisation du bilan annuel sur la santé au travail
- Relation avec la Commission Santé, Sécurité et Conditions de travail
Assistanat du service
- Participe à l’élaboration des courriers et documents propres au service
- Soutien au service
Profil :
- Diplôme en école de commerce ou spécialisation en Ressources Humaines (Bac +3 minimum)
- Première expérience de minimum 2 à 3 ans dans l’Administration du Personnel
- Connaissances en droit du travail
- Rigueur, organisation et sens du service
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et des outils informatiques
