Le Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport hôtel est à la recherche d’un/une Chef de brigade pour rejoindre son équipe du Front Office. Sous la responsabilité de notre Chef de Réception, vous serez en charge des activités liées à la réception.

Le Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport hôtel est à la recherche d’un/une Chef de brigade pour rejoindre son équipe du Front Office. Sous la responsabilité de notre Chef de Réception, vous serez en charge des activités liées à la réception.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Assurer du bon déroulement de toutes les opérations suscitant le passage du client à la réception
- Veiller que la tenue et le comportement du personnel de réception soient irréprochables
- Bloquer les chambres VIP en fonction des demandes spéciales des clients, attribuer les upgrades et assurer la satisfaction client.
- Contrôler également la fermeture des caisses de votre équipe ainsi que le credit limit report, le discrepancy report,les market codes et les prix, assurer du suivi journalier concernant les goals du département (enrollment, upsell, etc…), de la facturation des no-show, préparer les dossiers débiteurs…
- Analyser les GSS pour améliorer le service, traiter et régler tout problème, toute plainte de client de façon courtoise et professionnelle
- Participer également à la formation des nouveaux employés
- Etre l’ambassadeur des valeurs Marriott
- Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous pouvez être amené/e à travailler de nuit
