About the job



The Peninsula Istanbul will offer spectacular views of the Bosphorus Strait, the meeting point of East and West. Located in the historic Karaköy district, the hotel will feature 177 opulent guestrooms and a glamourous rooftop, forming part of the Salıpazarı Port re-development, which also features a cruise terminal, public squares, restaurants and museums.

We are inviting suitably qualified chefs who are department leaders and managers to submit your resume for early consideration.  Please note we are not actively recruiting for the below positions, rather accepting expressions of interest in preparation for the opening:

  • ​Executive Chef
  • Executive Sous Chef
  • Executive Pastry Chef
  • Head Baker
  • Chef de Cuisines (Western and Asian)
