Human Resources Intern
About the job
The Human Resource Intern works closely with the Human Resources Team to ensure the day-to-day functions of the human resources department are running efficiently.
Key Accountabilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks and support our Human Resources team with daily activities.
- Assist the Director of Recruitment & Talent Development with employee training projects.
- Assist in managing the Learning Management System ensuring team members are completing required trainings.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Assisting in managing data throughout employee life cycle – from recruitment to retirement, events, audits, and employee recognition.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or current student, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
- Effective administration and people management skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff up to leadership.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Limitless energy and personal motivation to succeed.
