Our 26 parks can be found in all kinds of different nature reserves, where we set the new standards in family holidays. Thanks to our massive renovation plan we regularly give our parks a new boost. Premium and atypical cottages, upgraded Aqua Mundo, harmless Digital experience such as authentic activities and strong collaboration with local actors - everything contributes to memorable experiences. 

To support our vision we are looking for a talented, high-performing, solution-driven Talent Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate will bring creative and adapted solutions to enhance  recruitment experience.

Talent Acquisition :

. Define the strategy and tools to attract and recruit the best candidates in 2 perimeters : all Head Office positions based in Paris and specific Management positions at the Center Parcs in France

. Manage the Talent Acquisition team (2 recruiters) and advisory role to the villages

. Build and maintain relationships/partnerships with relevant networks, headhunters/ agencies, schools, 

. Harmonize and professionalize labor market communication of the Group on national level; employer branding, social medias, jobsite, job advertisements etc.

. Ensure that both candidates and hiring managers receive an excellent experience throughout the process;

. Reporting and analyzing of KPI’s, budget and processes

Project Coordination :

. Project leader on transversal projects on a European scale related to Talent Acquisition : Create a roadmap for continuous improvements on topics such as :  Campus Management, ATS optimization, KPIs accuracy, EVP, PRM, Onboarding, etc….

. Mobilize and engage the teams around the projects through regular and effective communication

. Use innovative and collaborative methods that enable stakeholder understanding and buy-in

Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, used to work with an ATS and with Social Media tools. Experience with Talentsoft is a strong plus.

Compétences

.You have minimum 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition of which minimum 3 years in a management position, in a commercial, result driven international corporate environment.

. You are recognized for your strong managerial skills and your ability to challenge and coach the teams with a focus on continuous improvement.

. You are confident to engage with people across all levels of the organization and the ability to build solid and professional relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.

. You have the capacity to lead transformation projects, meet deadlines, and be a real change maker
