About the role

As a Sales Program Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing cost of sales to improve channel economics and optimize return on cost of sale investments through the design and implementation of trade sales program. Includes defining and managing front end discounts policy and program complemented with back end performance linked bounce (PLB) programs based on agency performance.

Other key responsibilities are:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing cost of sale strategy to improve channel economics and optimize return on cost of investments. Work with Senior Manager Distribution to input insights from cost of sale into distribution strategy
  • Design, implementation and manage unique PLB Propositions of TOP100 trade partners defining quarterly targets to optimize growth in the right channels and the right business opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with analyst to monitor ales costs and identify opportunities to improve return on cost of sales – this includes both front end discounts and back end cost of sale.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to increase return on cost of sale investments
  • Design sales actions using various sales tools such as Commission, Net Remit and ad-hoc commission to drive incremental revenue.
  • Develop and manage a unified vision of channel contribution that includes all costs generated by channel and TOP 100 trade partners against revenue to determine the Net Customer Contribution

Qualifications

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Global Sales Team.

  • Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
  • 7+ years of driving business performance and change
  • Understanding of the distribution landscape.
  • Airline commercial acumen is essential
  • Previous experience with commercial negotiations.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to provide insights for data driven decision making.
