We are looking for an experienced Global Account Manager (Meeting & Events) for the multi-branded hotels of the Radisson Hotel Group.

Excited by the energetic and customer centric role of Sales, with a magnetic personality and passion for driving revenue and growth, you must be able to build strong productive working relationships, have a ‘go-getter’ attitude with the ability to execute new opportunities and delivering results for the Company.

You will:

· To drive all profitable revenue in Meetings & Events and market share growth for cluster, area and global hotel(s) through the focus on a selected portfolio of existing and new accounts as defined by the line manager

· Develop a full knowledge and a 360° overview of each account, its pipeline, supplier management and strategic focus

· Create consultative selling approach to maximise commercial opportunity for the Radisson Hotel Group

· Work alongside the 3rd Party Intermediary (TMC-PCO) where appropriate to ensure account development is properly implemented at all levels

· Ensure effective communication and coordination with other area of the commercial organisation to ensure that relevant strategy is understood and aligned.

You are:

· A results orientated, Global Account Manager with a passion for interacting with people and eagle eye for spotting new opportunities.

· A collaborative and a first class networker with excellent project management skills

· A commercial astute, analytical multi-tasker who is motivated by a challenge

· Flexible with the ability to travel

 You have:

· Relevant experience within a similar role within the hotel industry

· A proven track record of developing and maintain strong relationships and generating new business

· Experience using key sales tools
