About the job

Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures. Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures. Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing tables. Audit statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, reports and tables. Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.

About you

Valid working permit for Belgium is mandatory
Fluency in French and English

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
