MAIN PURPOSE

Work with Specialist team to enhance the distribution & sales turnover & service in Specialist Channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibility 1 – Overlook Cartier specialist network business in responsible areas, keep close communication & relationship with dealers’ contact windows

Key responsibility 2– Upgrade quality of brand support to dealers to achieve sales target.

    • Follow the SOP of “Retailization project”, to make sure all the POSs follow the brand operation standard.
    • Set up the monthly sales out target for each POSs, ensure each POS well communicates the target with dealers and work out the effective way to achieve.  
    • With above target setting up, ensure to provide the effective support with regularly POS visit to,


-   Coach the POS team to follow brand operation manual to maintain the brand operation standard.

-   Make sure each pos has reasonable and salable Inventory which in align with their typology, follow the brand supplier chain module. And comparing with the competitors in same area, Cartier inventory is competitive.

- Maintain a stable & experienced Cartier Shop sales team in each POS. Build up the confidence and loyalty.

- Ensure the POSs is in very good condition & image.

- Ensure the POSs to provide the best service to all Cartier clients. Monitoring & improving in regular base.

Key responsibility 3– Training

    • Develop Cartier POS Staff files and follow-up with training and coaching.
    • Provide all necessary support/assistant during the classroom training & on site coaching
    • Collecting the training needs from all areas, dealers for further training master plan.


Key responsibility 4– POS Events

    • Work with marketing team to allocate the events to specialist network.
    • Communicate the above proposal with regions & dealers to collect the event needs to finalize the event schedule.
    • Provide all necessary coordinate & support during the event.


Key responsibility 5– Business Analysis &Reports

    • Provide all necessary Business analysis & reports in good quality.


QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

    • At least 3 years experiences in a watch environment, sales function is must.
    • Strong commercial spirit
    • Good watchmaking knowledge
    • Good presentation skill
    • Good computer skill
    • Training skill is a plus
    • Teamwork spirit
    • Mature & humble
    • Ability to combine  passion, stress resistance and tenacity
    • Native mandarin speaker
    • Good level of English, both oral and written
