JOB TITLE Assistant Event Manager
REPORTING TO Sr. Trade Marketing & Event Manager
LOCATION Shanghai
JOB DESCRIPTION UPDATE:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Sr. Trade Marketing & Event Manager to create and deliver trade events and brand events according to the need of the brand and business.
- Handel all events independently in all aspects, from briefing to design implementation and follow up, to deliver quality work that meets brand standard.
- Co-ordinate with internal departments and external parties for event planning and implementation
- Create project timelines, follow-through event production, logistic control, hospitality and event management
- Identify appropriate vendors, negotiate service contracts and supervise their work
- Event budget control & updating, PO issuing, payment settlement, monthly accrual, etc
- Lead GWP planning and forecast, implementation and inventory tracking
Minimum Qualifications
- The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience in event management or event related role.
- Good at using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong cross-functions communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills. Possess a sense of urgency, strong problem-solving skill and a great attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and remain flexible and energetic.
- Familiar with SAP system would be a plus.
