HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The candidate must be comfortable in working with tight deadlines and overseeing a high volume of deliverables on a daily basis. Strong project management skills combined with luxury sector knowledge are essential to achieving the role’s objectives. The successful candidate must be willing to be hands-on to get things done, but also know when to address the big picture.

Essentially, it’s ensuring jobs remain on budget and on brief. The Creative Producer will be the key spokesperson and go-to for all branded deliverables, across all channels. They are a fundamental member of the team.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Coordinate and manage projects across all channels for the Creative Services department, including; print, digital, social, PR and Events, OOH, hoarding and campaign guidelines.
  • Help manage and traffic a smaller studio team of graphic designers, digital designers and Art Directors, to ensure that there is clear visibility on project progress and deadlines
  • Communicate the business requirements to the Creative Studio and other stakeholders through standardised documentation and regular update meetings
  • Work closely with the Marketing owners (including all global markets) to clarify and validate the brief, including objectives and any relevant KPIs
  • Attend core briefings/kick-offs and ensure all minutes are recorded and distributed to the relevant team members
  • Immersion into the dunhill brand world, to understand the brand and campaign guidelines, and be able to advise and direct on global market adaptations (to ensure creative is within guidelines)
  • Provide weekly intensive status reports to Head of Creative Services to ensure all projects are on track


Project Implementations/Development:

  • Engage, interact and liaise with external agencies and third parties, to deliver on requirements for all projects - this may include external creative agencies, print suppliers and other specialists


Leadership, Strategy & Process:

  • Support Senior Creative Producer and all Creative teams to produce the best quality work on every project
  • Ensure current campaign, channel and department processes are followed. Assist with new process documentation where relevant.
  • Create and update project plans where relevant, to ensure that key milestones are met throughout the creative process


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Strong project management skills and experience, running both campaigns and high- volume deliverables
  • team members have full clarity on daily tasks
  • Experience with either fashion or luxury lifestyle brands. (In-house is desirable, but agency experience is also sufficient)
  • Knowledge and experience of Digital Marketing Activities
  • Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders, especially marketing and creative teams
  • Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication on projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
  • Self-sufficient individual that works with energy and enthusiasm
  • Fully integrated, comfortable and adept with working across all different mediums, both online and offline
  • Confident, calm and balanced under pressure
  • Results oriented and driven
  • Skilled in the use of Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project
  • Experience using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is desirable, but not essential
