JOB TITLE:                                         CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Manager

REPORTING TO:                               Communication Director  

LOCATION:                                        Shanghai, China

Align with HQ to create China CRM objective and strategy.

  • Manage Service positioning/Guidelines to fit into the primary brand positioning.


BUSINESS ANALYSIS

  • Responsible for identifying and leveraging data of the guest's purchase behaviors to maximize and continually improve upon the return on investment of each consecutive initiative.
  • Creation of views to understand business opportunities, based on distribution channels, customers, products.
  • Create the definition of objectives and measures for marketing and clienteling objectives.
  • Regularly measure the performance of the distribution channels through a set of KPI, to reach the set goals for the region/store/staff member.
  • ROI on CRM activities and customer value growth.


CRM platform/System and DATA MANAGEMENT

  • Support and implement new technology digital communication platforms like mobile app.
  • Transfer data into consumer insights & strategies
  • Minimizing duplications and data quality.
  • Enforcing data entry standards.
  • Verify correct data flow from disparate IT systems.


TRAINING

  • Check and translate WW training materials.
  • Train all regional users in all depts.
  • Ongoing support for all users.


SUPPORT FOR CLIENT ACTIVITIES PLANNING AND REPORTING

  • Creation of list views for marketing mail outs.
  • Creation of business reports.


Communication with Stores

  • Communicate with store CRM Specialist or ambassador; to get first hand CRM related feedbacks, like client retention rate, etc.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree
  • Above 5 years experiences in retail management; Luxury brands preferred
  • Good at MS office skill
  • Good commands of English and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication skill and Influencing skill
  • Strong force and good ability on problem solving
  • Strong business acumen and good at innovation
  • Presentable, highly-motivated, adaptable and self-starter
