JOB TITLE    High End Executive        
REPORTING TO    Supply Chain Manager            
LOCATION        Shanghai, China           


Integrated to the High End pole, you are a key contributor to the local business development.
You ensure a daily support to commercial team by smoothing operations for the product categories under your responsibility.
You are in charge of daily flows operations while optimizing the commercial potential of the high End stock.


Supply Chain Management
o    Draft the required document for products importation
o    Place the order in SAP for importation according to the local strategy
o    Track the stock location and maximize the visibility on our Prestige network
o    Animate the consignment renewal process by following-up the expiry date and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the deadline are met
o    Monitor the conversion of consignment to own stock after sales
o    Order the Cartier red box after each sale

Firm orders management
o    Supervise timely feedback from the HQ  and Logistic team to commercial enquiries & ensure a proper tracking until completion
o    Track our client firm orders and ensure a proper follow-up for all logistic activities to meet the deadline of Client
o    Coordinate with Regional and Headquarter team to feedback commercial about latest update

Support Commercial team in daily operation
o    Organize each client submission request as best as possible and help to provide the best leadtime
o    Arrange product delivery between boutiques, if special arrangement is required ensure the smooth operations

Repairs management & Return to HQ
o    Coordinate for repairs / sticker tracking
o    Follow-up for repairs and communicate proactively to sustain the commercial relationship with Clients
o    Coordinate for returns to HQ or to other Asian markets
Event planning
o    Take part in the planning organization
o    Get all the related information required for importation ready in a timely manner
o    Update shipments information’s
o    Follow the delivery schedule and transportation arrangement to the venue

Follow up the deliveries with HQ and 


Job Requirements: 

•    Business oriented
•    Detail and customer oriented
•    Good communication and collaboration with cross-functions
•    Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
