MAIN PURPOSE

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of the Vacheron Constantin’s Marketing Plan.

He/She will report directly to the Marketing & Communication Manager and will be responsible of the trade marketing activities execution in the Italian Market, according to the brand’s strategy.

As part of the daily routine, the Marketing Coordinator will also perform traditional marketing operative functions including - but not limited to - PPT presentation, letter writing, translations and proofreading, reporting – providing assistance to department projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • VISUAL MERCHANDISING: implementation of regular Visual Merchandising animations as well as special projects in coordination with HQ, suppliers and partners - managing orders, brief, reporting and cost monitoring.


  • POSM: POS material order and allocation - monitoring market needs vs stock evolution, managing costs & proposing budget adjustments.


  • COOP ADVERTISING: negotiation and implementation of coop Media Plan, print and digital – providing recommendation, cost monitoring & adjustments.


  • DIGITAL VISIBILITY: assure brand’s visibility in partners’ digital touchpoints (i.e. websites and social media channels), identifying new opportunities - providing assets and texts, checking contents, developing special animations.


  • CRM: implementation of CRM campaigns, check of data entry and reporting.


  • TRANSLATIONS: check, adaptation and harmonization of translations (catalogues, books, instructions, training, website, etc.)


  • ADVERTISING: support media strategy execution - liaising with suppliers and HQ to develop advertising material and producing post-campaign reports


  • PR: operative support to PR agency management, monitoring ROI.


  • CLIENT & PRESS EVENTS: assist in events’ organization / elaborate and propose events’ concept based on initial brief – ensuring qualitative and timely execution, cost monitoring, post-event reports.


PROFILE

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


  • Degree humanistic or economic
  • 3-4 years of working experience in a Marketing Department (Luxury/Fashion/FMCG company) with a similar role
  • Advanced English, both verbal and written (French would be a plus)
  • Superior mastery of Microsoft Office programs, especially of Power Point and Excel (SAP would be a plus)

  • Passionate about luxury sector, with a special focus on the watchmaking field
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in strategically managing negotiations and in acting as mediator
  • Excellent organizational skills, with proactive behaviour and problem-solving orientation
  • Able to develop systems and procedures to insure speed and efficiency of work.
  • Creative, able to develop innovative approaches and ideas
  • Attitude towards personal excellence, with rigorous attention to details
