Richemont UK - Payroll & Benefits Manager
How will you make an impact?
- You will ensure a timely, accurate and fully compliant monthly payroll cycle across 11 UK payrolls
- You will be a supportive and dedicated manager to the Payroll Administration team
- You will provide accurate, consistent, efficient and timely support to drive operational excellence in all aspects of the employee life cycle
- You will ensure SAP HR data quality at all times, enabling the monthly payroll to be processed on time and error free, maintaining clear audits whilst also enabling associated tools to work successfully
- You will manage other topics/projects including benefit management, annual reporting on Gender Pay Gap and key HR / HRIS initiatives
How will you experience success with us?
- Your strong customer focus, teamworking skills and ability to work to tight deadlines will allow you to deliver an accurate and timely service to your stakeholders
- You will have a solid understanding of PAYE, with the ability to manually calculate to ensure system compliance and to produce salary/package illustrations as required
- You will be fully aware of Pension Regulator requirements to ensure our processes achieve these
- This role will allow you to partner with the wider HR team to ensure clear understanding of responsibilities around data management, and to collaborate on initiatives to bring continuous improvement
- You will possess strong communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders, with an ability to train and impart necessary knowledge with others
