About the job
We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team of associates at Rosewood Villa Magna Madrid.
About the task:
Administrative Tasks:
Periodic update of P&L;
View current month's provisions
Invoices coming in periodically score in Budget and indicate account to be invoiced.
Attend monthly credit meeting for S&M department.
Reporting: Organise completion of the following reports:
Key actions report (3 months actions seen).
Monthly reports.
Warehouse orders.
P&L and Parking Forecast: Monthly forecast of revenue per subscriber is sent.
Sales Tasks:
Contracting of TTOO / OTAs.
Maintaining websites with up to date information
Writing welcome notes for all agencies.
Manage parking spaces.
Site inspection.
Maintenance of BBDD.

- Experience in the Sales department in 5* hotels.
- Experience in international chains will be an asset.
- Operates.
- Skills such as customer orientation, strong planning and organisational skills, and ability to work as part of a team are required.
